The art studio is a place for project notes rather than polished pronouncements. It can hold sketches, process photos, block carving notes, and the little lessons that only appear after making something by hand.

Linocut and printmaking

Future entries can track block ideas, carving notes, proofing, ink behavior, registration experiments, and finished prints. Local inspiration and instruction includes Blue House Creatives Nashville, Paper & Ink Arts, and Sarah Bogdal’s work as spaghetti_bolognese. The Linocut Level II class is the kind of workshop note that belongs here when it becomes part of the practice.

This area can collect inserts, layouts, creative journaling, and ways of keeping portable notes alive.
